A LITTLE PIECE OF ITALY HERE IN COLORADO

I didn’t start this business just to make pasta.

I started it because I missed home.

I grew up in Italy, where food is not just food — it’s time together, it’s family, it’s something you make with your hands and share with people you love. When I moved to Colorado, I realized how much I missed those simple, real moments.

So I started making pasta the way I learned back home — slowly, with care, using clean ingredients you can actually read. Organic flour ,No additives, no shortcuts. Just the basics, done right.

Every batch we make carries a piece of where I come from. From Carrara to the Western Slope, this is my way of bringing a little bit of Italy into your home.

Because in the end, it’s not just about pasta.

It’s about sitting down, cooking, and enjoying food the way we do in Italy.

Cook at home. Slow down. Taste Italy.

FORTITUDO MEA IN ROTA

My strength is in the wheel

This Latin phrase holds the heart of our identity. It’s the historic motto of Carrara, my hometown in Italy, world-renowned for its marble and centuries-old craftsmanship.

The wheel—once used by marble workers to move blocks with cart pulled by Oxen—is a symbol of labor, resilience, and tradition. Today, that same wheel turns in our artisanal pasta production, where simplicity, authenticity, and passion come together.

From marble quarries to the mountains of Colorado, we carry that same strength with us: the strength of hands, of craft, of never giving up.

This project was born from that spirit. Every pappardella, every raviolo, every bag of dry pasta is part of a journey—one that spins, like a wheel, between past and future.

Our strength is in the wheel.

Our pasta is a journey made of tradition, resilience, and love.
